GT AUTO DETAILING GSY – Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a booking. By booking any service with GT Auto Detailing GSY, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.
1. Prior to Your Appointment:
Customers are required to remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to our arrival. This includes, but is not limited to, child seats, loose fittings, phone holders, and any valuable or fragile items. General rubbish will be removed as part of the service. GT Auto Detailing GSY accepts no liability for loss or damage to items left in the vehicle that should have been removed. Customers must inform us before the service begins of any existing damage or areas requiring special care, including loose trim, damaged mirrors, cracked windscreens, unsealed sunroofs, windows, or interior components. Failure to disclose this information may result in further damage for which we cannot accept responsibility.
2. Service Duration:
All service times provided are estimates only. Actual completion times may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and the service selected.
3. Vehicle Access & Working Space:
Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the vehicle at the agreed appointment time. Doors must be able to open fully, and sufficient space must be available around the vehicle to allow us to work safely and effectively. We will not move vehicles under any circumstances. If adequate access is not available, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment.
4. Weather Conditions:
As a fully mobile service, appointments may be postponed or rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions where service quality or safety would be compromised. This is done in the customer’s best interest.
5. Bookings:
Bookings can be made via our online booking system or by contacting us directly for manual scheduling. Appointment reminders may be sent prior to your booking. By making a booking, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
6. Payments:
Payment is due as outlined on your invoice. Payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, bank deposit, cash, and major credit cards (card machine availability may vary). Payment instructions will be provided on the invoice.
7. Complaints:
Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of service completion to info@gtautodetailing.co.uk. Please include full details of the concern. We will confirm receipt and review the complaint thoroughly. Investigation and response may take up to 30 days. Outcomes will be communicated once the review is complete.
8. Refunds:
We operate a no-refund policy once payment has been made. However, we take all feedback seriously and may, at our discretion, offer a partial or full refund if a complaint is upheld following review and found to fall outside these Terms & Conditions.
