IMPORTANT INFORMATION! PLEASE ! READ ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE MAKING ANY BOOKING
We will not take any responsibility for any misconfusion, please contact us if you have any queries prior to making a booking.
1.1 Prior To Your Appointment
This Explains what you must do
-Before GT Auto Detailing arrives to your appointment. The customer should remove all of their belongings from their car before any type of Detail/Valet Not including rubbish as this will be removed by us. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage to any items that are left in the vehicle which needed to be removed, this includes Car seats, and any Fragile items, loose fittings and phone holders and any kind of Valuables, You MUST! notify us if there is damage to your car internally or externally that we would need to be careful of when completing your service for example; lose plastics , lose wing mirrors , damaged windscreens , unsealed sunroofs /windows etc. We will not accept any liability if any further damage is caused due to not informing us of this.
Also:
1.2 The duration time to complete a service.
-The time Given is an estimate, it may take slightly
less/more time than first expected.
1.3 Under no circumstances will we move your vehicle to gain access. it is your responsibility to ensure We have enough room to complete the service. Doors must be able to fully
Open and room for movement around the vehicle, we may have to cancel if we cannot complete the proper service due to this.
1.4 cancelation due to weather. Please be advised that due to weather conditions we sometimes may have to cancel and reschedule your appointment depending on the service you have requested, this is for your benefit.
1.5 Booking:
This section explains how to book and appointment with us.
1.6 Payment:
These are the conditions that outline how and when and by what method a customer pays for a service.
- All payments must made within 30 days of receiving invoice. Failure to Pay within 30 days may result in a late payment fee.
- Payments can be made by bank transfer, bank deposit, cash accepted. All major credit cards accepted Unfortunately card machine unavailable at this time.
- Payment instructions will be on the completed invoice emailed to you.
1.7 Complaints
These are our terms for complaints .
-The customer must file a formal complaint, within 24hrs of service by emailing us at info@gtautodetailing.co.uk
Explaining the reason for the complaint We then will reply letting you know we have received your complaint. We will then take the time to review your complaint, we may take up to 30 Days. We will then inform you the outcome and if your complaint goes against our terms and conditions
1.8 Refunds and Returns
-We have a strict no refund policy, if payment has been made in full by the customer before the complaint has been made then the customer is not eligible for a refund. However we value your opinion and take complaints seriously and a refund or partial refund may be issued when your complaint has been fully reviewed.
